General Rules & Eligibility

By using the dada8 bat website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of them, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to dada8 bat and all of its services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, the mobile app, and any future services. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating dada8 bat.

Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Residents of regions where dada8 bat is prohibited from operating are not eligible to register.
• The mobile number used for registration should be active and ideally registered in your own name.

Once your account registration is complete, you must finish the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before withdrawals are enabled. This requires uploading a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

Dada8 bat currently supports transactions through three mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Both deposits and withdrawals are available via all three.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the mobile number used for the original deposit. Requests to a different number will not be accepted by default — however, exceptions may be considered in special cases where KYC has been completed and valid reasons can be provided.

Betting Rules & Result Determination

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform's specific cash-out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled or ends in a draw, the related bets are generally voided and the original stake is refunded.
• Dada8 bat is not liable for any bets that fail to register during live betting due to network disconnection.
• If odds for any market are displayed incorrectly due to human error or technical error, dada8 bat reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel it entirely.
• If suspicious betting activity is detected across multiple accounts on the same match, payments may be withheld pending investigation.

For Sports Betting, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports governing body. In cricket, results determined under the DLS method are accepted. If a match is abandoned due to persistent rain, bets are settled according to pre-established rules.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Terms

Dada8 bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus balance, a minimum of 10x wagering on the combined total of your deposit and bonus amount is required.
• Free Spins: Usable on designated slots games only. Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Cashback Offers: Generally carry no wagering requirements, though a maximum amount applies.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Any bonus that is not used before its expiry date will be automatically removed.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Dada8 bat is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and immediate action will be taken if any are detected:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus rewards (Bonus Abuse).
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Using another person's personal or payment information to conduct transactions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you discover any such bug, you are required to report it to Support immediately.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

Account Suspension, Cancellation & Balance Policy

Dada8 bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under specific circumstances. Members may also close their own account at any time.

• Members who wish to close their own account may submit a request through Settings or by contacting the support team.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account. Claiming a balance after the account has been closed may not be possible.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 365 days) are automatically moved to inactive status. Contact support to reactivate your account.
• Recovery of balances from accounts closed due to rule violations is limited — a decision will be made once the investigation is complete.
• Accounts under a self-exclusion period for Responsible Gaming will not be reactivated before the specified duration has ended.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

Dada8 bat believes betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a financial solution. All members are encouraged to play responsibly.

The following self-control tools are available on our platform and can be used by any member at any time:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — once set, limits cannot be increased for at least 24 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily disable your own login access for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 months).
• Reality Check: A pop-up displayed at set intervals showing your session time and spending activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: A break of 24 to 72 hours that cannot be cancelled once activated.

Data Retention & Privacy Policy

• For disputes regarding bet outcomes, complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the event.
• If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate the matter to dada8 bat's licensing authority.
